Well, this was supposed to be a birthday present for 
~yenthemaes but I'm not very happy with how it turned out. *sigh* I didn't have much time to look for references, only found 3 that I liked. One in particular that inspired this, Kenpachi had a rare dignified expression that I was particularly taken by. I should have attempted one of his wild grins instead, but I was nervous about attempting to translate that, and have it look right, and frankly this expression looked much easier, but it doesn't really appear to have captured his spirit much. So frustrating.

I think you've managed to capture him really well - it looks as if he's thinking (there's a first for him! lol) and I love his expression; it looks kinda serene and I think it makes a change than his usual wicked grins!
